Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to achieve project goals
- Oversee team members' performance and provide guidance and support
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management tools/software
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
