Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients to create dough or batter
- Roll, cut, shape, and decorate dough or batter using various tools
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times accordingly
- Ensure that all baked goods are visually appealing and meet our high-quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Order supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Train new bakers on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions precisely
- Excellent time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards
- A creative eye for design and presentation of baked goods

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month with the potential for growth within the company.
