We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Oslo. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of statistical packages (such as R or Python) and database languages (SQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo. However, due to the current situation, remote work may be possible initially.

Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
