Merchandiser - Bayan, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with our retail partners to ensure our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner that meets brand standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the retail industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure product displays are visually appealing and meet brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that support merchandising initiatives
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Ensure all products are priced accurately according to current promotions or markdowns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and other important metrics
- Participate in store visits and provide feedback on merchandising execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with visual merchandising and store layout design is a plus
- Must be able to legally work in Kuwait and obtain necessary work permits if not a citizen

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
