We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Isa Town. As a Baker, your main responsibility will be to prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and procedures
- Ensure high quality and consistent products by following proper baking techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure optimal baking results
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, and place orders as needed
- Keep the bakery area clean, sanitary, and organized at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role (preferred)
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work long hours standing up and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
