Radio Technician

As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for various communications systems. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular inspections and maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order. You will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of all work performed and communicating with clients to understand their specific needs. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with radio equipment
- Strong understanding of signal processing and communication protocols
- Experience with conducting inspections and performing maintenance on electronic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to understand client needs
- Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces if needed

Preferred:
- Prior experience working as a Radio Technician
- Knowledge of FCC regulations and licensing requirements for radio equipment operation
- Experience with programming software for radio systems
- Familiarity with different types of radio technology, such as AM/FM, digital, or satellite communication systems
