Back-End Developer


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Akron. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side web application logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be involved in integrating front-end elements into the application. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails, and experience with database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side web application logic
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Design and implement data storage solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production
- Continuously research and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Akron (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
