We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Khanpur. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure project success
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to streamline processes and achieve project goals
- Act as a point of contact for any issues or escalations from team members or stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members’ professional development
- Identify training needs for the team and facilitate training sessions when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full time position.
