We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery and equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these machines while following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep them in good working condition.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine the best approach for each job.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency.
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
- Knowledge of different types of heavy machinery and their functions.
- Familiarity with safety procedures for operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions.
