Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This includes creating plans, blueprints, and layouts for factories, warehouses, and other industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while also adhering to building codes and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of industrial processes, materials, and systems. You should also possess excellent technical skills in areas such as AutoCAD and other design software. Additionally, an eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve are essential in ensuring the success of your designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and layouts for industrial buildings
- Ensure designs meet building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with construction teams to resolve any design-related problems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in materials and technology
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of industrial processes, materials, and systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and create detailed plans
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1100$ per month.
Location: Mauren, India (Preference for Indian candidates).
