Industrial Architect
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Mauren, Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial architecture and be able to work independently on projects while also collaborating with a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop industrial buildings, structures, and facilities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using various software programs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
