Job Title: Android Developer


We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications for Android devices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with biometric passport technology and possess strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Android development
- Experience working with biometric passport technology
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience developing mobile applications using React Native or Flutter
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
Salary: $1000 per month
