Entry-Level Sales Manager



We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep track of sales data and prepare reports for management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be able to work legally in Almada without accommodation
