Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets through effective management of the sales team. This role is suitable for men who have experience in sales and hold their own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on performance against targets
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency within the sales department
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills would be an advantage)
- Must hold a valid work visa for Portugal
