Part-time Construction Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee various building projects in the city of Dar Kulaib. As a part-time employee, you will work on a flexible schedule, providing your expertise and guidance to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and progress reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or MS Project
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
