Part-Time Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dar Kulaib. As a Part-Time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress on construction sites and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, and local authorities
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting and scheduling experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
