Part-Time Administrator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company on a part-time basis. This role is suitable for individuals who are looking for a flexible working schedule and have a preference for part-time employment. This is an entry-level position and does not require prior experience in administration. However, candidates must have their own visa to work in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
Requirements:
- Must have own visa to work in Portugal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible availability for part-time work
Salary:
