Barista - Coffee Shop Staff (Indian Candidates)

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Los Angeles. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, as well as light snacks. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian candidate who is passionate about coffee and has experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Take orders from customers and prepare drinks accordingly
- Ensure the quality of all drinks meets our high standards
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and inform management when stock is low

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
