Senior Software Developer


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using various programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
- Mentor junior developers by providing code reviews, feedback, and guidance
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Java, Python, or C++)
- Experience with web development frameworks (such as Angular or React)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (such as AWS or Azure)

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with benefits such as accommodation. This is a full-time position but we also welcome applications from students seeking part-time opportunities. We can provide assistance with obtaining your own visa if needed.
