Housekeeping Supervisor



As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Your main goal will be to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will also be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of housekeepers to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders for replenishment as needed.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance or housekeeping services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of special requests or projects.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
- Conduct regular meetings with housekeeping staff to communicate expectations, updates, and training opportunities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols as well as company policies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.

Salary: 1000$ per month
