Senior Architect


We are in need of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our growing team in Akron. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from conceptualization to project completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure proper implementation of plans
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve all design changes throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. Applicants must be fluent in English and have their own visa/work permit for employment in Akron.
