Senior Architect - Design and Construction (Shan, India)


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for all assigned projects, from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design plans.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans, budget, and timeline.
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Review and approve all project materials, including building materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Ensure all projects meet safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on design and construction management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Salary: 1700$ per month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Candidates must be Indian nationals or have legal permission to work in India. Flexibility in working hours may be required at times.
