Job Title: Team Lead - Triesen

As a Team Lead in Triesen, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of diverse individuals from various nationalities. Your main role is to ensure the smooth operation of the team, achieve targets and foster a positive work environment. You will be working full-time and provided with accommodation as well as visa sponsorship. This role does not require English proficiency and welcomes applicants from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve set targets
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and resolve any issues that arise
- Train and onboard new team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role
