Teamlead - Operations (Filipino)


As a Teamlead for our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and performance of our team in Triesen. This role is specifically geared towards Filipino professionals who are seeking opportunities to work in an English-speaking environment.

Your main responsibilities will include managing and motivating the team, setting clear goals and targets, and ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
