We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Merchandiser to join our team at our retail store in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by effectively managing and organizing merchandise displays, implementing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase our latest fashion collections
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan product assortments and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed merchandising decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
- Assist with stockroom management and inventory control processes

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed
