Bilingual Moderator (English and French) - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Moderator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online community forums and social media platforms in both English and French. This position is ideal for a Canadian national who is fluent in both languages and has experience in content moderation.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online community forums and social media platforms in English and French to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and reports in a timely and professional manner
- Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for accuracy and appropriateness
- Take proactive measures to prevent spam, cyberbullying, hate speech, and other forms of online abuse
- Collaborate with other moderators to discuss issues and develop solutions for improving the user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Canadian national preferred
- Proven experience in content moderation or community management
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (with accommodation provided)
