English Speaking Moderator in Ufa


We are seeking a professional and experienced English speaking Moderator to join our team in Ufa. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions and conversations, ensuring that all content is appropriate and follows community guidelines. Your role will also involve engaging with users, responding to inquiries and providing support when needed.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience moderating online communities or forums
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to spot inappropriate content
- A flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and conversations on various platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide support to users when needed
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in moderation practices
- Keep track of trends and issues within the community

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with opportunities for career growth.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, but we welcome applications from non-native speakers who are eligible to work in Russia.

Accommodation:
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
