Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Mauren. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans, while also providing technical support for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and in line with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for drawing creation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Provide technical support during the construction process, including responding to requests for information (RFIs) and reviewing shop drawings
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Research new materials and building techniques to incorporate into designs
- Prepare cost estimates and material lists for projects
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200/month

Location: Mauren, India (open to all nationalities)
