Registered Dietitian - Khanpur, Pakistan


A reputable healthcare facility in Khanpur, Pakistan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for promoting good health and preventing disease by providing nutritional counseling and creating personalized meal plans for patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of nutrition and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine patients' nutritional needs and goals
- Develop individualized meal plans based on patients' medical conditions, preferences, and cultural background
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and incorporate them into practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid registration as a Dietitian from the Pakistan Nutrition & Dietetic Society (PNDS)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret lab results related to nutrition
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proven experience in developing personalized meal plans based on individual needs
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
