Smelter Operator

We are seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate must have experience in operating and maintaining smelting equipment, as well as a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols. In this role, you will be responsible for melting, casting, and refining metals to meet production targets. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for our Indian employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor smelting equipment to melt metals
- Adjust furnace temperatures and maintain proper levels of raw materials
- Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Smelter Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to smelting operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in smelting or metallurgy is preferred.

Location:
The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. However, we welcome applicants from India who are willing to relocate.
