Merchandiser

We are currently hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Mauren. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, and that stock levels are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans and strategies in line with company goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine product placement and display techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify potential opportunities for promotion
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers' attention
- Ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date on all displays
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Participate in regular store visits to monitor product placement and display quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent visual merchandising skills with a creative eye for detail
- Strong understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical fitness for lifting and moving merchandise
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1400 per month

This is a contract position suitable for men. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.
