We are hiring a talented and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Mauren. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays, managing inventory levels, and monitoring sales trends to maximize profits. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for product placement. This position is suitable for men with or without experience and offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and promotions
- Ensure all products are priced correctly and have accurate information
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and availability

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or marketing preferred
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Mauren, but open to applicants from other cities in Kenya who are willing to relocate.
