We are a fast-growing tech company looking for a talented Back-End Developer to join our team in Ufa, India. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our website and web applications according to our specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Build efficient and reusable code for future use
- Ensure high-performance and availability of back-end services
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise in the production environment
- Develop and maintain databases to support web applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Write technical documentation for reference and reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Back-End Developer
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
