Back-End Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Ufa. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. This role requires strong knowledge of web development, as well as experience with server-side programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby on Rails. A successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic for web applications
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate their work into the application
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues on the server side
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with server-side programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby on Rails)
- Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
