Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress and ensure that the project is completed within the agreed timeline and budget
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and prevent accidents
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
- Prepare progress reports and present them to senior management
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the project
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, changes, and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Triesen, Liechtenstein

Nationality: Egyptian (open to foreigners)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
