Construction Project Coordinator

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Create and maintain project schedules using project management software
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Resolve any conflicts or problems that may arise during construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and progress
- Ensure proper documentation of all project activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in construction management or coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Triesen
