Job Title: Legal Adviser


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the company on various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
- Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Review and provide legal advice on company policies, procedures, and contracts
- Represent the company in court hearings and negotiations
- Advise management on potential legal risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations
- Collaborate with external counsel as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working with Indian clients or companies
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages
- Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi
