Mason Supervisor

We are searching for a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects. This role is suitable for experienced individuals with a strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the team
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to plan, schedule, and execute projects effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in construction industry
- Solid knowledge of different masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with relevant experience. This is a full-time position suitable for men. English proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset.
