Preservation Architect


Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Wiltz, providing architectural services for historical preservation projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, open to Pakistani and Canadian candidates who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures to determine the best preservation methods and techniques
- Develop plans, drawings, and specifications for the restoration and conservation of historic sites
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other specialists to ensure that preservation work is carried out accurately and efficiently
- Monitor progress of preservation projects to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions of historical structures and provide recommendations for maintenance or repairs as needed
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to historical preservation projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect working on historical buildings/structures
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, techniques, and construction methods used in historic preservation projects
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on preservation projects located in Europe.
