Carpenter

We are a construction company based in Beer-Sheva and we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work closely with our team of builders and other tradesmen to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using power tools or hand tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, and cabinetry
- Follow safety procedures when working with sharp tools
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and conformance to specifications
- Communicate with other tradesmen to coordinate project tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools such as saws, chisels, drills
- Knowledge of safe work practices when handling sharp tools
- Attention to detail and good time-management skills
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy materials
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We welcome Malayalees or Filipinos who have experience in carpentry. English speaking skills are preferred but not required.
