Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve design proposals
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review project contracts, bids, and proposals from subcontractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Jerusalem (or Israel)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
