Administrator for an International Company in Wiltz
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our international team in Wiltz. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company, including organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining records and databases, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with project coordination and tracking
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed
- Handle incoming correspondence and distribute to relevant parties
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport
