Office Administrator
City: Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing office operations and procedures, managing the administrative tasks, and providing support to all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain a filing system for important documents and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience in office administration or related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
