Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our office in Wiltz. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who has strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Office Administrator will work closely with all departments to ensure smooth functioning of the office and provide administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Oversee office operations, including coordinating with building maintenance, IT support, and other vendors
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as required
- Provide support to HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and professional conduct
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg
Preference: Indian candidates preferred; open to all nationalities
