Job Title: Formwork Technician



We are currently hiring a Formwork Technician for our construction company in Washington. As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete formwork for various building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and cut different types of materials according to specifications
- Assemble and erect formwork using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Install braces, ties, and other support systems to ensure formwork is sturdy and secure
- Pour concrete into formwork and finish surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Remove formwork after concrete has set, clean and store materials for reuse
- Inspect and maintain formwork equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Experience reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments, lift heavy materials, and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Salary: $1200 per month (USD)
