Entry-Level Formworker in Washington
As an entry-level formworker in Washington, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of concrete forms and structures for various building projects. This physically demanding role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and dismantling forms for concrete pours
- Place, consolidate, and finish concrete according to specifications
- Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth concrete surfaces
- Use levels, rulers, and measuring tapes to ensure accurate placement of forms
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills to measure materials accurately
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required
Salary:
Starting salary is $1500 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
This position is located in Washington but we welcome applicants from Canada, Nepal, or any other country with valid work permits.
