Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring for the position of a Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Ajman, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE, with a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and changes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Primavera
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working on projects in the UAE is preferred
