Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records. You will work closely with the accounting team to prepare and analyze financial statements, budget reports, and tax returns. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to junior accountants in their day-to-day tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budget reports, and tax returns
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and laws
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Provide guidance and support to junior accountants in their daily tasks
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an accountant or finance professional
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Quickbooks)
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred:
- CPA or other relevant certification
- Experience working in a multinational company or diverse cultural environment

Location: Al-Malikiyah (with accommodation)
Salary: $1800 per month (with free visa & ticket)
