Entry-Level Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Information Security Analyst to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing computer networks and systems for potential security breaches, implementing security protocols, and investigating any security incidents that may occur. This is an ideal opportunity for students or those without prior experience in the field to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of information security.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor computer networks and systems for potential security breaches
- Conduct regular scans and tests to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures
- Investigate any reported security incidents and provide timely resolution
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation on security protocols, procedures, and guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in information security to ensure the company's systems remain secure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures during new system implementations or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (students currently pursuing their degree are also welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Basic understanding of encryption techniques and network architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members from different departments

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faisalabad (local candidates preferred)
