Indian Sales Manager in Sharjah


We are currently hiring an Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This is an English speaking job, so fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company's sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month
